Step 1: Intelligent Design & Engineering

Every project begins with collaboration. Using CAD and BIM modelling, we ensure alignment with the NCC 2022 and Australian Standards like AS1397, AS/NZS 2908.2, AS3740-2021. We engineer with G550 high-tensile steel and PIR/PU insulation for superior performance.

Step 2: Precision Manufacturing

• Laser-cut framing and welding
• Integrated electrical and plumbing (to Australian codes)
• Fire-resistant, bushfire-rated cladding (BAL-29 to BAL-FZ)
• Multi-stage quality inspections

Step 3: Sustainable Finishing Touches

Low-VOC finishes, recycled composite decking, double-glazed windows, and options for solar, battery, and water recycling.

Step 4: Delivery & Installation

Sealed, certified modules delivered to site and installed in days — bringing entire estates, schools, or resorts online with minimal disruption.
